B%26amp;B = bed %26amp; breakfast... these are like guesthouses, but are the 3 star versions of hotels. Breakfast is always included and they are at least 3 times cheaper with any place that calls itself a "hotel" in London... the best one i know:

Hey...I am heading there in Mid Oct. I am staying at the Thistle Westminster.. Which was reasonably price and does include breakfast.

I stayed at the County Hall Travel Innnear the London Eye (only 15 mins on tube to Victoria), there may be other travel inns even closer. Only 拢90 a night - bargain for London.
